Recently had an argument with a friend of mine about this sort of thing. I used to be a meat department manager in a large grocery chain. My friend was going on about government regulations. I asked him if he liked meat from the store he bought it from. He said yes. I asked him if he would still like it if there was no guidelines on how to safely handle the meat, safety procedures around knives and saws, sanitization guidelines, temperature regulations, or even regulations on the animals harvested in terms of health. He had nothing to say.

I figure that Owens is one of two people. 1. She understands how to grift money from stupid people. 2. She actually believes her BS which makes her one of the people who would have turned the hoses on MLK. Or...worst case scenario...she is both.

@TotsNater Exactly. She found a solid stream of income from scared and stupid people. She only sold her soul to do it. I would imagine she would turn the hoses on MLK too.
