American Evangelicals are the least Christian people...what's the difference between an atheist and an evangelical? The atheist is honest about not following Jesus...

@crispyblack8779 true. Every religion needs some sort of doctrine on the afterlife to be successful. So if you think about it, all these people don't love God, they want a place in the afterlife and not to go to hell. So it's self interest.

@mediamattersismycockholste562 well, these days the people in mosques are the ones who need to worry...seems these right wing radicalized lunatics are causing more mischief than the crazy Muslims are.

@crispyblack8779 Exactly. This.

@mediamattersismycockholste562 Breitbart doesn't count.

@DayneAW These days, I think it's more to separate simple people from their money...look at the Megachurch industry...hard to imagine anything more predatory than that.

@mediamattersismycockholste562 CNN and MSNBC are a joke. Breitbart is radicalized crap. As is Fox, the Blaze and so on. If you are bringing up any of those sources, I can't take you seriously, so this conversation ends. Good luck and don't hurt yourself or anyone else.

@diegoalvarado2210 NOW we're on the same page. I am on the fence between being atheist and christian (was raised Catholic). This I definitely agree with. There are a number of things that made me turn away from religion as a whole, but the ONE thing that hasn't made me take the full leap is this...The hope (not belief) that my loved ones are in something like heaven... The biggest issue with Christianity right now is the American Evangelical. Not the muslims, not the atheists...Cheers.

@DayneAW That's an interesting take...yes, for me it applies to all of them. Personally, if you are a believer in whatever, I don't care until religious lifestyle choices begin to hurt other people. For some reason American Evangelicals get a pass...while their radicalization is on it's way to terrorism. America has the opportunity to nip it in the bud.

@mediamattersismycockholste562 no....to someone who is radicalized it is truth...which means you have no hope. PS. CNN and MSNBC are in the same garbage dump that Breitbart is. Just remember...people must come before party and family must come before faith. Don't hurt anyone else and don't hurt yourself. There isn't any hope in you. Take care.

@diegoalvarado2210 It is true. If there is no doctrine of the afterlife, a religion cannot survive. And most people are only obedient because they want to get into heaven or fear the wrath of God. You just proved it. You don't need a religion to be a good person.

@collabrec They're all nuttier than squirrel shit.

@mediamattersismycockholste562 Your citing of Breitbart disqualifies you from being any kind of historian or observer.
2
@mediamattersismycockholste562 There's the TDS talking point. You are radicalized.

@guapoviejo9135 If Charles Manson had an internet connection, he'd be Alex Jones. Alex Jones is the Miles Davis of scaring stupid people.
