  2. Browsers were already called as 'operating systems' for a long time now to be fair, they kinda do a very specific job and many users only use browsers while their computers serve just to store files and run the browsers.

  3.  @dumboluzz  I think we already have some kind of analogs of this for a long time actually, like the queueMicrotask or the uses of setTimeout to stop work from going into the thread for a long time. But I get this is a bit more specific.
