  1. 23:30 I don't think it is the case, no, because the text can be styled with custom instructions. A normal tool would not be able to do this, and also would not be able to make the text blend perfectly with the image. I suspect they could be using another model to apply the text, but not a trivial tool, or maybe it is indeed the same model.

  2. 24:32 This is also a problematic stance, if you know how AI models are biased you would understand the filter problem, it is not because the AI is applying a filter, it is because the AI is fundamentally unable to "see" how an image with the filter only partially appliable would be, it is just generatings things it know, it is also why it is completely unable to make surreal things like a "horse driving a car" (for me, it just makes the horse head go out of the window -- with the window below) or very specific things, it is not in their training data and it is hard to approximate with what they have.
