@LanceThumping It's really not libertarian per se, but libertarians don't say regulations can't have positive effects, they say they more often than not don't have, in most cases the effects are problematic AND that we cannot foresee those effects beforehand (and thus the most prudent and ethically good decision is to do nothing and let the market regulate itself).
