  3. I think there comes a point when people like Rogan and Carson and Terrence exhausts any desire to be nice, even from the most patient of individuals. The frustration is especially because Dave is an educator, and these BS'ers are saying things that fly in the face of fundamental truths and facts, on purpose, for clout, not purely out of sheer ignorance, misleading many, many individuals, the opposite of what Dave is doing.

Their idea of "debate" is to use the argument to make themselves look good by hopefully showing people up who aren't equipped with sufficient knowledge. The only time they would confront an actual scientist is when they have no idea how royally owned they are going to be.
