  1. Why do you always excuse bad behaviour from the cops? Police can and should intervene, but not like that. I don't care if he was being a punk. You don't lay a finger on anybody unless you are physically attacked first.

  2.  @rsunnmiller7597  He is not just a man. He is a man charged with extra responsibility, and is given the power to exercise them. He is entrusted to not abuse this authority, and he failed. I don't hold them to a higher moral standard, but if they cannot even follow their own procedures, uphold that standard, they should never have applied to become a police officer.
