  6. You lose your universal healthcare completely if you get annexed. Let me spell this out to you. I just graduated college and do not have a job yet that has insurance as a benefit. It costs me 600 dollars a month to pay for health insurance that has high doctor visits and a ridiculous threshold for deductible. It costs over a thousand dollars to call an ambulance to drive fifteen minutes for a non-life threatening emergency like a broken leg. It costs 6-10,000 dollars to give birth at a hospital AFTER insurance and you wonder why young people aren't having children. Is that great for Canada?

Well, Trump's cabinet called up NOAA, the US's weather administration, and threatened to fire them unless they published knowingly fake weather reports to back him up. That's how little the Republicans care about you: they don't give a damn if you die following fake news as long as you treat Trump's word as more binding than the Bible.

If California leaves, Washington and Oregon probably leave with them and they will take everything west of the Rockies. I hope it was worth losing 20% of the country's GDP and the countries only contiguous access to the Pacific Ocean.

  22.  @AndyMcFarland-v5r  So, your idea to kick Canada out, requiring a full vote, is to change the terms of NATO's treaty.... requiring another full vote. You didn't think that through. Second, you are probably going to see several of those countries not join the US's new cooler alliance. Third, if the US invades , it'll go to diplomatic missions. If that fails, there will be a vote to expel the US. Well, Canada's not going to sell, so if Trump really wants it, his options are to either invade, or sit on Truth Social throwing an all-caps tantrum. -------- Also, you know that California will secede if you do this, probably taking Washington and Oregon, right? The cost of your imperailistic expansion's going to be losing access to the Pacific Ocean.

If Trump declares war on NATO, we will have massive sanctions put against us, possibly be removed and be declared an enemy power to all of Europe. If we go to war against NATO, the left is going to start talking secession, starting with California which is 1/4 of our GDP, and you're likely to have an armed revolt and civil war.   31. Okay. I take it you're taking your children to say goodbye to grandma and grandpa soon, then? You do realize why it was that low, right? It wasn't because Trump was a good president. It's because hundreds of thousands of Americans died of a plague while Trump sat on his golf course tweeting people to take fake medicine. The price was that low because people weren't driving as much during Covid, not because of anything positive Trump did. And then Donald Trump made a deal with OPEC to slash production so they didn't out-compete our producers so the price didn't fall farther, resulting in a global price hike due to artificial scarcity, and your Republicans in Congress intentionally blocked efforts to crack down on the oil industry price gouging. So..... thank you for voting for the people that intentionally raised the prices.
