  2. You lose your universal healthcare completely if you get annexed. Let me spell this out to you. I just graduated college and do not have a job yet that has insurance as a benefit. It costs me 600 dollars a month to pay for health insurance that has high doctor visits and a ridiculous threshold for deductible. It costs over a thousand dollars to call an ambulance to drive fifteen minutes for a non-life threatening emergency like a broken leg. It costs 6-10,000 dollars to give birth at a hospital AFTER insurance and you wonder why young people aren't having children. Is that great for Canada?

Of course, if Trump drags us into war with NATO, it'll be funny if California secedes, takes Oregon and Washington with it, and leaves Trump screaming like a toddler in a restaurant how much he has to pay to access the pacific ocean.
