  3. I would like to point out that that ratio for #2 makes sense. Satellite communication is great for broadcasting to and from remote areas or places you don't want to go install wires everywhere, but it's also has far more latency and can be disrupted by weather. Wired communication is faster and more reliable, so obviously it would be used for the bulk of your communications.

  5. Isn't the Berserk the boat that showed up unannounced, sank with 3 people on board, and the navy had to rescue the captain's ass in the middle of a storm? Those rules are also in place to keep both you idiots and the people gracious enough to try and rescue your dumb ass from being killed.
