.... you mean using much, much larger and more powerful equipment than is used with phones?

Hubble's too small. The resolution of your telescope is physically limited by its size. All of those objects it takes pictures of? They're huge. You're looking for objects that are tiny.

@georgeh431 No, it can't. It actually can't see anything smaller than about the size of a football field.

There is no firmament. It doesn't exist.

They weren't. Bart edited the footage to mute audio and remove shots of them filming without his fake trick.

Because NASA's budget got slashed immediately after the landings and every time we plan on doing it, politics happens. Trump tried to take the billions they'd already spent on their return plans (which is scheduled for 2025) and flush it down the toilet because one single person at Fox whined.

No. Our best telescopes can't see anything. Telescope resolution is based on size vs distance of the object, and is physically limited by the size of your telescope. We don't have the technology to build one large enough to see objects that small at that far.

There's nothing there. They just don't do much there because the radio communications are blocked by having the moon between you and Earth.

Considering that that same man spent twenty years before his death promoting space travel as the way to explore god's creation and criticizing people like you that rejected science for pure religion, isn't there a chance that his firmament line is supposed to be allegorical, not literal?
