He took funding from military family education and isntead of getting a real contractor, he gave it to his pro-Trump donors, who cut corners and embezzled the money to deliver a a shoddy, under-specced mess that didn't even withstand weather. Have you seen pictures of it? You can go just a few miles out town and find new holes every week large enough to drive cars through because you can cut the bars out with power tools bought at Home Depot.
