Also, if the VP is vacant, the President gets to nominate a new one. So, even if you remove Biden, Harris gets to nominate a new VP. The House will attempt to prevent this by refusing to give a majority vote needed for confirmation until they can find an excuse to remove her. The Republicans will probably lose the House in 2024 if they do this.
