  1. He can't. Birthright citizenship is a constitutional right under the 14th Amendment. It would require a constitutional amendment to change. If Trump can end brightright citizenship with an executive order, then it is legal for Biden to do the same and end gun ownership.

First of all, "Under color of law" is not in the 14th Amendment, or any other amendment for that matter Second, that's not what "under color of law" means. "Under color of law" refers to having the appearance of authority and is used when the police and government illegally abuse their authority to take away your rights.

  3. Just as a head's up, Mexico has the same type of citizenship that we do. The American baby would be a Mexican citizen as well for being born on their soil, and a Mexican baby born in America is a Mexican citizen by parentage.
