  1. Two options. One, it's a friend/relative of the murderer angry that they're behind bars. Two, it's a Republican who thinks it they staged the murder to steal their guns. You know, like they do every time time there's a school shooting. Not the first time victims' remains have been defaced or families have been threatened.
