Muslims don't pray the high priestly prayer as Jesus has taught his disciples to do. Muslims don't believe in Jesus' death, and resurrection nor in his deity. "If God is not a family, then how can Jesus call us brothers and sisters as well as friends" - God is not a family in the same way that human beings are family. However, since God is a father and a son we can be adopted as Children into his "family" Jesus can call us brothers and sisters since we are brothers and sisters in the faith. On top of that he considers as friends.
