  1. Well with the distate towards black men here in Mexico, I agree. By far the worst country I've lived. Dominican Republic on the other hand was amazing, dealt with zero issues.

  4. @James Cosme I live in gated community and even the windows are barred up. That's safe to you here in Mexico? It's not. And don't expect law enforcement to come to your aid either.

  5. Mexico is very color oriented I've lived here two years. They don't take kindly to black men and have a stereotype about us, and will avoid us when im going through the city, issues incurred shopping, and or dealing with women(yes men here will tell them to not date black men due to common stereotypes) and youd find me in a pair of sparry boat shoes, khaki shorts and a dress shirt, far from ghetto. If you are of other races come on down. That's why I'm moving to Europe. I leave today. More open thinking. Not backwoods thinking, on top of that, they aren't "rich" it's a fake conception, no different from the usa. There are rich people here. But many are displaced. Don't let it fool you. Only difference is the infrastructure and the culture. Most foreigners see Mexico is much more affordable that's about it and most don't even live with the locals that's why they say it's so great. Move in the community and see how it is versus living next to expats. I live in gated compound as the only foreigner.

  6.  @robster7012  Because Europeans have "higher" thinking especially where I'm headed in eastern Europe. They don't have this color chip on their shoulders. Most BM have had zero issues in this region besides a hater here and there. Not a whole society bashing us day in and day out. Plus I'm waiting for japan to fully open to get my business visa to start up in Japan next(own a business in the usa). Till then I'll stay out of Latin America.

  9. This is the TRUTH! Mexico is not like you think it is. Most expats here in cancun or even in Mexico city when I lived there never leave the compounds or sides where expats live. Doesn't sound "Free" to me.
