  1. It's the whole country. I live in Manila its unsafe to go out these days unless you change cars, clothes, routes and carrying something. Nobody even goes out at night anymore. A new Zealander was murdered in my barangay and has had me on edge ever since. I leave in a few days and won't return here. Even innocent men and women/children getting blown away by fellow relatives and people who hold grudges. If you see this don't come here as a foreigner it's too dangerous!!!

  2. Very cheap. Even foreigners dying at a high rate since 2003. This is a NO go country and I let most foreigners know that your death here will go unsolved everytime and people will claim they seen "nothing". So people here are part of the issue.
