  1. You can get permanent residency an another country basically for free. It just takes time. In my case, I got permanent residency in Switzerland after working there for 5 years. Obviously, if you want to go the Citizenship or Residency by investment route, that's going to cost a bunch of money, but that's not Andrew's fault.
