  1. It depends on where you live. I have a big (100+ sq m) apartment in Switzerland with a fireplace, lake view, and remodeled kitchen and bathroom and I pay only $1,800/mo. AND its close enough to my work, that I can take my bike. Get the heck out of Geneva if you don't like the prices, it's really as simple as that. You can live a great life on 6k/month in Switzerland if you understand some things.

  2.  @alphapinggmbh6916  I live in the Agglomeration in Thurgau (Arbon) and my monthly expenses including 1 child were a bit over 6k when I made a video about it in 2020. And actually, it's decreased since then because our health insurance premiums decreased, among other things.
