  2. MD's are not RD's (registered dieticians). If you want diagnosis of your breast or prostate biopsy or interpretation of lab results, come to me (I'm a Pathologist), if you want help with your diet, you should go and see a dietitian or a nutritionist. I'm not sure why people are always insulting MD's (I guess for clicks). On the other hand, MD's such as myself have indeed taken the time over the years to educate ourselves on nutrition, supplementation and the dangers of toxic non-foods that are available in grocery stores today.

  3. Whole grains are a terrible "food". The best decision I ever made nutritionally was to dump "healthy whole grains" and most carbs in general.

  6. "The Pathologic Basis of Disease" yes, I read it cover to cover, but I'm a Pathologist. I do agree that what most people think of as "normal aging" is positively abnormal and pathologic.
