  2. My teeth are very, very close too, so I can only use certain waxed flosses. Oral B Ultra Floss works best. I'm 53, floss daily and never get cavities.

  3. Nonsense. I floss every single day and brush twice. I NEVER get cavities, I Never get tartar and have absolutely no periodontal disease. I'm 53 years old and a board certified physician. Because my teeth are very close together, I use oral B Ultra Floss.

  4. Honestly, it seems that this advice is for people with heavily pathogenic or seriously unbalanced oral flora. For people with healthy biofilm, this is harmful. Just accept that everyone is different and what's optimal for one person may not work for another.

  5.  @Sharona-21  Honestly, I believe that the information and techniques in this video really only applies to those people who have a disordered oral flora or microfilm, as it's sometimes called. The people with bad bacteria who get lots of cavities, inflamed gums, etc.
