@Bloombaby99 I see being poor as a type of sickness. It's really a disease of mindset. I know because there was a time when I was poor.

@thisisntallowed9560 Most people who are rich know that acquiring wealth requires a deep understanding of themselves and their purpose in life. People who remain poor are lacking this understanding, though. That being said, nobody is perfect.

@thisisntallowed9560 If you become rich by inheritance or winning the lottery, it doesn't require any sort of introspection or knowledge of self. For all others getting rich requires a sense of purpose and knowledge of self.

@thisisntallowed9560 Based on your list of excuses, I was born with all sorts of disadvantages, but luckily, along the way, I learned not to accept those limiting thoughts that people like you insist on placing on me and others. Break past the fake limitations and start living more prosperously.

Germans in general are extremely neidisch towards rich or wealthy people, so those with money tend to keep their mouths shut about it.

@bjulalula9537 Germans (generally speaking) view as suspect those who are wealthy and this is mainly due to historical reasons- and they will admit to this. It's chiefly due to the fact that up until now, most People who are wealthy in Germany are thay way because they inherited Wealth. In many other countries, including the USA, the proption is flipped and most millionaires are self-made. I mean, only in Germany do you have words like "Neiddebatte". I even had Problems when I worked a big Company in Germany when it was thought that I was receiving more valuable Benefits than others - which I was. Someone higher than me actually tried to have my Benefits revoked because he thought it must be a mistake, but it wasn't - I had negotiated These Benefits in my contract. It was truly a mess caused by envy.

@bjulalula9537 There are already plenty of "transaction taxes" and they're called sales tax in most places. This Shows your lack of understanding of money, economics, business and taxation. I do not think that Sports stars are overpaid. People with any basic understanding of Economics know that they are being paid according to the value they bring to the organization. Simple supply and demand. Sports stars are difficult to produce, so there are few of them and they command a high price. Likewise, Pathologists (like me) are also rare and I am paid accordingly. Most Americans are firmly rooted in capitalism and it's rare to hear people saying that someone earns "too much". Letting someone or a Government define what is "too much" is a slippery slope to socialism, communism, etc. That someone believes that another person can earn "too much" shows that they think wealth is limited, whereas those who build fortunes know that wealth is constantly created through ideas and is therefore unlimited. I'm not sure what you mean about "the Situation right now". Obviously my whole family is in different parts of the USA and they haven't mentioned anything about street fighting due do people earning "too much" or for any other reason.

@rachelk4805 The mistake you're making is going out from the premise that wealth is limited and can only be distributed. However people like Jeff Bezos, or Elon Musk or even myself understand that wealth is created constantly and has no limits. You have placed artificial limits on your thinking and potential. When you drop the artificial limitations, you will see more opportunities to create wealth instead of waiting on a distribution that isn't coming. The biggest lie that has ever been told is "there is not enough". People who believe the lie WILL stay poor.

@granudisimo Everyone is free to dream, think, imagine, and believe. Take off your mental shackles NOW! Most people like working and being helpful, even if they don't want to admit it or don't recognize it. I've lived in lots of places, including Southeast Texas where I used to work at McDonald's, Sonic, a fried chicken restaurant and a gas station. I worked hard, didn't earn much, but I believe that my hard work was not in vain because I always learned something. And if you think that I care about your opinions of me, you are mistaken because I don't.

@bjulalula9537 Sorry, but I lived and worked in Germany for years and I have never seen a people so consumed with envy. For instance, if someone showed up to work in an expensive car, it was guaranteed that someone would come up and say "did you see that car she has?" or people would speculate how someone could afford to build a new house or buy an apartment. Please note that I was a AT (Aussertariflicher Vertrag) worker, so it was in my best interest to state what I wanted or expected and the Company was free to counter or grant my requests. Anyone can ask. The worst that can happen is that someone says "no" and I am also free to seek a better deal elsewhere. This lack of understanding of Money is what I think is at the root of all this envy and Moral wrangling that Germans do. Another example is that the vast majority of Germans do not have any understanding of investing Money and how one can create passive income. They feel that passive income is unethical or immoral because there was no Leistung involved in earning it. I showed my ex-husband who is German how to set up a Brokerage account and buy stocks and when he was Paid some dividends, I told him to withdraw the cash and use it. He did so and stood there with the Money in his Hand and said that it felt strange and that it didn't "feel Right". But, in the end he changed his opinion about People who work in Finance and finally stopped with the "Heuschrecken" talk. Do you invest? Do you have streams of passive income?

@bjulalula9537 Like I said before - I don't know anything about Portland but the people I know who do live there are doing things like talking about family life, work and the new puppy. No one has mentioned anything to me about fear of upcoming riots. That is all the firsthand knowledge that I have about the city and I think that it's reliable, at least much more so than the usual panic media. If there were riots in September, I certainly must have missed that and at any rate, I really do not care about that nor the riots that went on in Konstanz last weekend. All of that just gets filed under "ignore" by me because it will not improve my life in any way to ponder why people might be in the streets acting a fool. If sports stars were "paid less" they'd find more lucrative things to do with their time. And in the past, a dollar was worth a lot more than it is today...inflation. There's not a wage gap. In a free market economy, people are compensated according to the value they bring and the difficulty there would be in replacing them. So, a person with rare skills/education/certification/experience/ability to sell, etc. will be paid much more than someone with low skills or no special talents. There are definitely alternatives to Capitalism, but Capitalism is the best. A lot of us enjoy living without limits on we can improve ourselves and how much we can earn with work, products or ideas.

@chrissmith3587 Well, if you actually watched even a few of my videos you would know that I've worked at Sonic, McDonald's, Hartz Krispy Chicken, a Conoco gas station and in Retail in a bookstore, so I know exactly what it's like to work for 3.50/hour and hope for good tips. And you would also know that I don't even have a bank account in Switzerland, but instead have a Postkonto which is basically a checking account at the post office. Also, you should have clearly seen that I am subject to income tax withholding here in Switzerland and I pay a boatload of taxes and since I'm basically cut off from investing here, I have to transfer any money I want to invest to the USA...where I also pay a trailer load of taxes. I also donate a significant amount to charities every year and help out people financially. What about you? Anyway, I make the videos to show people who are interested in growing wealth how to do it starting from zero, just like I did. Everyone else can just sit around stewing and making excuses and wishing for other people's money in imaginary accounts.

@chrissmith3587 I'm just teaching people how to do it so that they don't have to go around confused, broke, resentful and bitter and making excuses. They can be prosperous, happy and healthy just by putting all the free information on YouTube into practice. Again, in Switzerland I only have a checking account and something like the equivalent of a Roth. The rest of my money goes into my brokerage account in the USA or into real estate and cryptocurrency because it's difficult for Americans to invest in a lot of different countries. I have plenty of disposable income and that's why I'm able to donate and also invest for myself and my son. Anyway, you're very good at making assumptions about what others can't do, so why don't you use that talent to start finding out what you or others can do? Why do you need to buy a house "soon"? I never bought any property until I was 40.

@bjulalula9537 There are already high taxes on capital gains and dividend income. So what do you mean by better and or higher taxes? Yes, I gave some anecdotes but there are many more and there have been countless articles and books written on the Topics. Even wealthy Germans (example Dirk Nowitzki who lives in my home state of Texas) says that it's more comfortable to live in other contries because People in the USA for example are happy for them as opposed to the ill will they would receive in Deutschland. I have lived in, worked in and own property in Oberbayern and Hessen. I also worked for a while in Baden-Württemburg. I worked in the medical and Pharmaceutical research branches with other high-income earners but that did not spare them from the Neid. We were all working very hard, so time was not the factor, but it was clearly a cultural mindset. So, the big Question is what are you going to do with all your Profits and dividends from your Company Shares? Write to your political representative and ask them to tax them at 95% to alleviate your Feelings of having done something (that you feel is) unethical?

@bjulalula9537 Thanks. I am funny. People tell me that all the time. I like making People laugh and feel good. However, we don't have to agree on anything, but your comments Show that you have a near complete lack of understanding of economics, investing, and Money and also that you have an unhealthy relationship with Money. The majority of People are this way and that's why they're poor or struggling. But, instead of learning, they choose be angry, envious and comfortable in the victim role. You actually just said, " It does not mean they deserve it." Who are you to determine who deserves what? Their Clubs, fans and franchises have determined that they deserve it and they get. Professional Sports are still going on during this pandemic and People are rushing back into Stadiums when they are able, so it appears that Sports Entertainment is highly important for a lot of People. I've worked throughout the pandemic (HealthCare) and I earn a lot, the ladies in the bakery where I buy my lunch, most likely not as much because we have a different skill set. They don't seem to be unhappy, though. We were all happy to be able to work normally every day and not be locked up somewhere unemployed. I don't know anything About Portland and "Fighting between November and January", but if you are so good at predicting the future, Maybe you should buy a Lotto ticket or make your way to Las Vegas or Macau. There's no Transaction tax on trades in Germany, but does there really Need to be? The taxes on capital gains are already high in Germany (Kapitalertragssteuer 25%). That's why I don't invest in Germany, (aside from the rental Apartments that I have there). It's not worth it.

Just FYI - many poor people exhibit atrocious behavior. Non-wealthy patrons of fast food restaurants will feel entitled to you as an employee and will say and do inappropriate things.

Anyway, you're still hung up on "can't", which is really non-productive and really, please stop worrying about what's applicable or non-applicable to people other than yourself.

@granudisimo I like working and helping people. I do it every day. It's interesting, fulfilling and pays well. People can be an employee and owner at the same time, if they so desire. For example, I own properties that I rent and also have investments providing me with steady income, but I am an employee of a business that I do not own. So, my suggestion to anyone would be to find fulfilling work and either become an employee, business owner or both. Oh, and I would also suggest for people to become an investor, no matter if they are a business owner or employee. Anyone can do that.
