  13. To Michael and all his followers: an open letter: Here is what is really happening: South Florida is booming; and you are full of envy. Prices are not going up because of government incompetence, or an economic crisis, or illegal or immoral activity, or some such. Prices are going up in South Florida because South Florida is Paradise, the best possible place to live in the world. People with money are driving up prices. We love high property taxes, it keeps our neighborhoods looking beautiful will palm trees and well groomed landscaping. We have a lot of police to keep us safe, and the best schools to serve America in the future with the best educated children. We love our high HOA fees, it keeps our gated communities absolutely safe ( I have not locked my doors in 20 years, can keep my garage door open all night, there is no crime at all). The high HOA fees keep our landscaping beautiful, the pool and gym beautiful, the maintenance of common areas properly done with good reserves for emergencies so there are never any surprise assessments. The high HOA fees provide excellent security, and since the HOA fees are commonly shared by all, the HOA fees are the least expensive and most cost effective way to achieve these lofty goals. We are ecstatic that in Palm Beach County for example, there are still plenty of low cost areas such as Rivera Beach, Lake Worth, Belglade, Pahokee, Green Acres, Canal Point and so on for those who mow our lawns and clean our homes to live in. The Truth about Michael: He is cashing in in fear, on youtube views, and he charges $300/hour for his "advice". He started out hawking FOMO to buy gold, now he has hit upon this FOMO racket. His channel attracts thousands of crybabies and losers who want to blame the government or the system for their own failures. If you don't like what is happening in South Florida, simply move out or don't move in. Leave it to those who know how to arrange our lives to be wealthy, including immigrants from other countries, immigrants who made this country great. I and my whole family are immigrants, we know how to use the American Dream where anyone with gumption can become wealthy in one generation. Do you complain about "greedy" corporations? I pity those who don't know how to invest to cash in on the profits. Do you complain about high taxes and fees? Then move. You don't to deserve to enjoy the beauty and safety and excellent schools they pay for. Before you comment on what you think is an economic collapse, ask yourself, are you merely a whining loser who is jealous of the more intelligent, the harder working betters who built South Florida to be a paradise to live in, a paradise where it is necessary to price people out. As you watch and comment on Mike's channel, ask yourself, are you proud to be contributing to the success of someone who has figured out how to cash in on your fear and ignorance so he can afford to live here as well.
