  5. did they fix their roof or buy stocks? not clear I know someone who used a reverse mortgage to raise investing capital and is becoming more wealthy every day. it just depends on how smart you are.

  6. it is very smart to borrow against equity to raise capital to invest.....capitalism is the american way to wealth...sad your parents did not know enough to leave you with a large inheritance.
