  4. Elon Musk cannot be trusted with social issues, e.g. politics, or government, but he is demonstrably successful in technological matters. NOBODY else has developed so many highly successful, forward-thinking, high-technology companies, including Tesla, Space-X and Starlink, developments which will have far-reaching effects on human culture. Yes, he may be insane, and sometimes he misses the mark by a mile, but sometimes, that’s what great leaps forward take. Musk takes gigantic, personal risks, for the benefit of all Mankind (as well as himself of course), that have so far been mostly successful. In the sense that he takes huge personal risks to accomplish great things for society - he’s a genuine hero. Elon Musk may be everything this video says he is, and more (though I believe not), but even if that were so, in 100 years, he will be remembered, not for his insanity, so much, but for his genius.
