  1. I had a CVCC Civic a long time ago, and I got the impression, at the time, that Hondas were not that much fun to drive. Furthermore, my copy, which I believe was abused by the former owner, had its engine fail at 80K, so I wasn’t very impressed. I’ll give them another chance, maybe, when I’m done with my BMW 128i coupe (6-speed, no iDrive, 18” wheels, leather and metallic paint, nothing else), which in 5 years and 50K miles, has been cheaper than any hot Honda would be… The Honda might be the better car, in the final analysis, but the BMW is without a doubt, beautiful.
