  4. So, how were the Americans punished (we know that they WEREN’T punished, at all, don’t we)? They were cold-blooded murderers, after all! How can they ever get even? The US OWES Vietnam 500 lives, for this case alone. Does somebody need to slaughter 500 perfectly innocent AMERICAN men, women and children,in order to make this VERY legitimate point? We could pick them at random, or they could be every living soul from a couple of AMERICAN villages! Think I’m outrageous? AMERICANS did PRECISELY that in Vietnam! The innocent terror was real! Americans slaughtered several hundred children, in front of their mothers, before slaughtering them! I am no more outrageous than at least 100 typical American soldiers! I am no more outrageous than the American military command. The even dirtier little secret must be that Mai Lai was NOT an exception to a rule. It was THE RULE. How will we restore the 2M innocent Asians slaughtered by Americans in Vietnam? When shall we start slaughtering 2M AMERICANS, to atone for the 2M MURDERS we committed there? May I suggest that they come from the ranks of the US military? They were, after all, the murderers.

  5. The US is responsible for a disproportionate amount of oppression and murder. How many wars have we fought since WWII? How many countries have attacked the US since WWII? How many of the wars we have waged since WWII were in DEFENSE of the US, against a foreign invader? How many of those wars were elective wars of aggression? The true answers are at least 4, none, none and ALL OF THEM. We are no better than Vladimir Putin in terms of violent, unprovoked military aggression.

  6. What should be understood is that My Lai was not an isolated case. It took months for this case to come out. It was accepted POLICY, as long as they got away with it. I’d wager there were hundreds of cases like My Lai.
