  5. The biker may have hit 140+ mph at some point, but judging his rate against that of traffic, it looks more like 80-100 and sometimes much less. Who reported 140 mph? The cops?

  7. He could also have crashed into the cruiser at 80mph… and have been killed. Apparently the gun was perfectly legal (since it is only mentioned, apparently to incite prejudice; no charges were cited), and the cops were a holes, i.e. very unprofessional. Their job is to apprehend criminals, NOT to punish anybody (in fact, if they do, it should be a crime). After they make an arrest, they should treat the suspect as gently as possible..

This “could not have been avoided, if they had turned over the backpack!” The backpack was stolen… and the trash can was “full of purses and wallets.” These people, including the big, calm guy, who is possibly the ring-leader of whatever is going on here, whom they are treating quite reasonably it seems to me, are involved in some kind of illegal activity, probably theft. Not only that, but the big guy seems totally cooperative. Weird!

  15. The guy surrendered, and the pigs beat the crap out of him anyway! The cops should be fired, at very least. Everything that happened, except the arrest itself, was criminal, from the chase (too dangerous) right up to the unnecessary beating.
