  2. It's still too early to know. We expect a spike after 1-3 weeks, possibly extending to 4. That's the length of the virus' incubation period, as well as we know it. If they don't have adequate testing and contact tracing, before the spike hits, they are likely to lose control of those outbreaks. If that happens, we are going to need all those ventilators we dodged the bullet on the first time around, which Trump has not bothered to have manufactured, and a lot more refrigerator trucks...

  3. "Explicit in trying to discourage people from voting?" More like "blatant in trying to PREVENT people from voting," with clear political objectives, i.e. to cheat his way into another term. WE CANNOT LET CHEATERS WIN THE PRESIDENCY! He SHOULD be disqualified, right off the top! We should do to Trump what people in the old West did to cheaters at the card table... if you catch my drift.
