  1. No, not at all. How about if one thinks they MIGHT need to use it, as when an unknown person appears at their door? In this case, the pigs, reportedly, didn’t identify themselves! The kid was TOTALLY WITHIN HIS RIGHTS to have a gun in his hand, in his own house (don’t blame me for Florida gun laws, or lack thereof)! Furthermore, he never threatened them (or anyone else) with it. The pig(s), on the other hand, broke every rule in the book, and absolutely committed some kind of murder. And you want to blame the victim? What is the matter with you?
