  2. The thing is X-rays pass through soft tissues so are you picking up the X-ray when it hits the rods and cones of your eye or when it passes through the part of your brain that interprets images?

Colours are just concepts so it doesn't matter what a person sees so long as the consensus that we all share is that grass is known as being green, every single person may see a completely different hue, or even a completely different colour when they look at grass but so long as they can point to grass at the same place on a colour chart that you or I can is what makes it green.

  5. Wavelengths are linear, so you can't wrap the visible part of the spectrum into a circle, it starts at infrared and ends at ultraviolet so if you combine red at the lower end of the visible with blue at the higher end you will meet in the center at green.
