No, immunotherapy is when you activate the immune system for one thing in order to get it to fight another thing it hasn't noticed, it doesn't matter what the pathogen is and it doesn't work if you are a carrier. It has to be something your body is actively fighting so if you have cancer your doctor might infect you with the flu to flare up your immune system in the hope that it will start to chew on the cancer.
