No, something is only hate speech if it either incites violence or if enough people complain (such as with the pug), the irony is that that Hamza guy with the hooks for hands used to stand on a soapbox brainwashing Londoners and when videos got online of him being asked to move along by cops all these American viewers would be like "so much for freedom of speech" and "I might not agree with what you say but I'd die blah blah blah [generic American BS]" but when he started inciting people to attack Americans he was immediately the subject of an extradition order to the US. I didn't see hypocrisy there, I mean there's no hypocrisy in anything the US has ever done. Ever.
