  5.  @pauloakwood9208  Monty was also in command of all of the land forces during the invasion stage so it was he who had to deal with adjusting the plans over the course of several days to counter German efforts to stop it. It's strange that yanks don't list the Normandy invasion as one of Monty's "numerous failures".

  7. If you don't time stamp the moment you are trying to correct it makes your correction meaningless as I don't recall either of the narrators saying that to scatter the convoy was the biggest naval disaster of WW2.

  11. You do know that Monty was in command on D-Day? He had total control over Operation Overlord, I'd say he did pretty well.
