  7.  @ashton1952  Would those be the same ex colonies that were industrialised, given infrastructure, became wealthy and then upon declaring their independence chose to join a commonwealth of nations with us? Those same ex-colonies? The ones where we abolished slavery and gave people full rights around one century before any other European nation and 160 years before the United States finally got around to it in the 1960's? Someone almost definitely needs a history lesson, and a lot more than one by the sounds of it.
