  5. It wasn't a name for the internet, it was a name for the world wide web to distinguish it from the internet. Instead people just called it the internet anyway.

  6. Its because regional dialects were thought to be common so you only got to present a Tv show if you grew up in west London with the blue bloods.

  7. This was the early days of the web (1991-), the internet (1969-)was over 25 years old by that point.
