  1. There's still oxygen as a component of the water molecules, there's just no actual oxygen molecules in amongst the water molecules. Water contains countless bits of 'debris' in the form of other molecules of oxygen, nitrogen, calcium, etc, it is that debris that makes water conductive to electricity as pure water does not conduct electricity.

  2. Ever wondered why whenever you see a baby that has been born inside out or a person with a tumour the size of a beach ball growing out of their nose they always come from India? Now you know why. Christ knows what is happening to the genetics of those poor buggers splashing about in water full of mercury and pathogens.
