Computers make less mistakes than people so I am glad they are allowed to overrule people, what they do need though is better AI that can tell when something is not right and hand control back to the pilot, or at the very least explain to the pilot why the computer is making a specific decision. There have been far more crashes from a pilot taking control from the computer than from the computer taking control from a pilot.
