Because they are not in chaos and anti-Chinese channels like this one make their living by peddling nonsense for people who hate China. If there is an audience of really dense idiots with something in common then some entrepreneuring third-worlder will create a channel to feed those idiots what they seek while pocketing the advertising revenue to buy straw for their goats. Moodys has not downgraded China, it has warned that China may be downgraded in 2024. But.. Moodys has also warned the US that it may downgrade them too after Fitch downgraded the US in August and S&P downgraded the US in 2011, meaning the US only has one Triple-A rating left (Moodys) and if it loses that rating it will be the first time in US history the country has not held a triple-A rating with any of the credit watchers.
