For all the Michael Bay 'tards stating these are not "frags" because "the 'nades in the movies can blow up a skyscraper" care to explain to me how soldiers have been awarded posthumous gallantry medals for throwing their body over a grenade to save their comrades?  I mean if grenades are sticks of dynamite like you all seem to believe then wouldn't you just be killing your comrades with bits of your own flying body?   These are fragmentation grenades, basically oversized bangers that shower you in shards of steel if you happen to be within a few meters of them.  Heavy Explosive grenades are closer to what you see in the movies/videogames, but they don't get used against infantry.
