It seems like a second wind because we never see him on TV but behind the scenes (or more specifically behind the voices) he has been a big star since the 80's, he voices half of the cartoons your kid probably watches and is one of the go-to guys when an animated movie or a video game need a believable villain because of his incredible work as the voice of the Joker.

Brits don't use the word rocks for small boulders, we say stones instead, so why would we call a game 'rock, paper, scissors'? It's always been 'paper, scissors, stone', Catatonia even named an album after it. In fact the original name of the game was ro-sham-bo.
