@Imperial_Squid When people die from commensal bacteria the hospital tends to not worry about the source since it could be literally anything a person has touched or even from their own body flora, the hospital just worries why an otherwise healthy person died from something the human body fights off every day. That is the more dangerous of the two, not the harmless bacteria that killed them, but the deadly agent that sapped their immune system beforehand.
