@mosesserukwaya816 Wind can transmit bacteria, but all the major bacteria groups are already found all over the world and so it doesn't matter if they travel in the air. Viruses on the other hand can only survive outside of a host for a very short period of time depending on the virus, for a coronavirus that time is 30 mins suspended in air or around five hours on a surface, after that the virus dies. So the only way a virus travels across the world is inside animals, like humans.
