@mariokrings I love how they put "Think about that" at the end of sentences now because they think it makes them look like critical thinkers. 🤣

@johnnorris1983 Only if they are prolonged for days with no one to tending to the data centers as every data center has some kind of redundancy, be that offsite backups that remain safe when power takes out a data center, or diesel generators to power the center for up to 72hrs - plenty of time for the power to come back or for those on site to backup any critical data to a place offsite. Also a computer doesn't lose anything on it's hard drive when it gets turned off, data centers are the exact same - if they do lose power it just means we can't access the data from our homes, but the data is still there on tens of thousands of hard drives sitting without power waiting for someone to restore the power.
