@chongtak In fairness they butchered many English words, I'm only at 2:37 and already he's pronounced wreak as 'wreck' and another word that I'm too lazy to go back and look for. Admittedly it could just be a narrator reading a foreign script verbatim, I've noticed they have a tendency to repeat the mistakes in the script rather than fix them.

Just got a flashback of playing Dan Dare 3 on the ZX Spectrum in 1991, it was a Sunday and we returned to school the following day. Talk about vivid.

@kdrapertrucker Are you sure you don't mean the rotor hit the tanker's drogue? I can't imagine how a helicopter rotor could reach it's own probe.

Because the SR71 got built, obviously.

Jets are better at forward propulsion but absolutely guzzle fuel when hovering while props work well in either setting.

The F14 is nowhere even remotely close to the fastest aircraft ever built, if you wanted to sound knowledgeable you should have said SR-71.

@ekspatriat Tell that to helicopters like the Apache and the Hind.

@trallfraz If most of their designs were based off of Americans then why can the Soviets claim the largest ever built of all of the following things - helicopter, plane, military hovercraft, submarine, rocket (although a failure the N4 was more powerful than the Saturn 5), and that's just off the top of my head. They must have copied all of those monstrous things and then made the original US versions vanish entirely, even from history books.

The AI has given everyone a deformed nose and you are worried about the prop?

Grow up, James.

When the SABRE is finished we'll have plenty to look forward to.

0:20 The Star Trek Enterprise? Yeah, that's a no from me. You almost got to 30 seconds without a fuck up, so that's still something.
1
Yep, they made all sorts of shit, planes, tanks, guns.

If there are 6 guns spaced out around a circle then they are at 60 degrees, not 45.
