  1. The insane asylums did set everybody loose when they were shut down in the 1960's... Now we have "care in the community" which means we just medicate the loonies and leave them running the streets.

  3. Those horses are heroes, who know how many lives they have saved by taking out a teenage wastrel before it was old enough to cause real damage.
