  2. I think it's because of all English-speakers we Brits have impartial accents, at least for the most part. Aussie narrators are very excitable and would probably describe these nukes with stuff like "Corrr! Take a look at this beauty!" and "This mongrel will blow yer socks off!" while American narrators can only do fearmongering whereby the narrator will point out that the "enemy" wants to get inside your house to place a nuke under your bed, and they'll repeat that statement a further two times over pictures of suburban houses blowing up. So yeah, we are naturally level-headed when it comes to oration.

  3. Strange then that so far it has saved hundreds of millions, if not billions, of lives. I reckon nukes are our greatest feat. Never in history has their been a period of 80 years where no two major powers have fought.
