  2. Nobody is disputing how the injuries came about, not even McG, in fact that is his genius level defense. What is in dispute is whether or not it was consensual & if the plaintiff was capable of giving consent after McG plied her with narcotics n booze for aprox 6? hours.

So what if she spared someones feelings by telling a drunken lie after being at an xmas office party, who hasn't told minor lies after being out all night boozing n taking drugs? Her medical evidence is irrefutable & unless McG can prove he provided no illegal narcotics & free booze to an already drunk neighbour, then he is in seriius bother. That barrister he hired has been absolutely woeful so far.

Its not beyond a reasonable doubt like in a criminal case, the jury will decide on the balance of probabilities. Was she drunk when he picked her up? Yes. Did he then plie her with the purest hardcore narcotics in all of Dublin & therefore Ireland, along with hard liquor for 6 hours before getting physical with her? Yes Was she beat black & blue & have a tampon wedged up inside her? Yes Was she in such bad shape when she got home that he partner decided to record their conversation due to fear she would forget details the next day? Yes. Did she consent to all that & if she did was she capable of consenting even before McG picked her up & preyed upon her? Im not so sure.

The Drs testimony, the Gardas testimony, the fact her partner feared she was so drunk he should record their convo in case she forgot details the next day & wouldnt be able to pursue justice.   19. Luis Pena was kicked outa the UFC for being accused of slapping & biting his girlfriend, the charges were later dropped. No conviction, no civil case ruling but the UFC dropped him to protect its image. Its very hard to learn of all the hard evidence being given by medical professionals & law enforcement officers & believe that McG can have any kinda career in the public eye, anywhere, after this. His goose is well n truly cooked, this could be the beginning of his unraveling.

  24. What isnt she telling the truth about? Theres medical evidence she was assaulted. McGregor doesnt deny getting physical with her. Shes only made a complaint against him for that, nothing else. She made no complaints about which hotel she went to, she made no complaint about anyone she was with lifting McGregors legs up when he was sleeping. The only relevant evidence heard has all been irrefutable, therefore she has lied about NOTHING that has any relevance to the actual complaint she has made, namely that she was assaulted by McGregor, which is something McGregor claims in his defense that she consented to it, despite the horrifying medical evidence. You do realise that its an ADVERSARIAL legal system dont you? Shes under no obligation to help the defense defend McGregor against the complaint she made against him. Its not her fault McGregors defense isnt asking her any relevant questions that are related to the actual complaint she made. Defense-"Do you remember this minor inconsequential detail after being plied with hardcore narcotics for 6 hours by McGregor?" Plaintiff-"No, sorry but I was off my head n only remember tha big stuff that nobody is even trying to dispute"

It also states she was in such bad shape when she got home that he partner recorded their convo in fear she would forget details the next day & therfore prevent them from obtaining justice. It also states her medical evidence was irrefutable & she had been left in a moderate to severe physically damaged condition & a tampon had to be surgically removed from up inside her. So again I ask you, how could she remember much after over 16 hours of boozing & then suffering trauma like she did, as per the EVIDENCE.

I see it as it is & I see fudge & an inadequate from the defense, so bad in fact McG should sue em for throwing him to the dogs like this instead of settling it outa court. You dont seem to realise that this isnt just some girl who threw herself at McGregor, shes his neighbor, she knows him & his family, they know her & her family, she even went to on a transatlantic trip to Vegas with Dee's family in 2015. It only confirms her story. McG didnt just give her drugs, he waited until he knew she had been boozing & partying for 10 hours before preying upon her inebriated judgment, then after 6+ hours of that he got physical with her. Totally predatory. He makes Bill Cosby look like a Saint.

  47. Hearsay cant be entered into evidence, because its hearsay, not evidence. Testimony was given by her boss, under oath that supported the statement the plaintiff gave to the police, which was read out in court as being evidence. Therefore her boss's testimony was accepted as evidence & as such it cant be classified as being hearsay, which isn't evidence, because its hearsay.

They know each other's family & friends. She was at her Xmas office party, she had been boozing for 10+ hours before McG plied her with illegal narcotics & free booze for 6 hours so that he could take advantage of her, hoping she wouldn't be able to remember his vicious assault. Who hasn't gone to a Xmas office party & ended up doing something foolish due to having poor judgment? Who hasn't told their partner a minor lie to spare their feelings? Her medical evidence is irrefutable & unless McG's barrister can somehow prove his client didn't take advantage of a neighborhood girl that he knew had been at an office party & boozing for 10 hours before he picked her up & then gave her copious amounts of the purest, most hardcore illegal narcotics that can be found in Dublin & therefore all of Ireland, along with copious amounts of free hard liquor, for 6-8 hours before getting physical with her, then it's very much an open & shut case, the man is a low life predator & a danger to his community & you better believe a Dublin jury isn't going to ignore any of that. What white lies the girl may have told when out partying before, during or after all of that is irrelevant to the case & her evidence remains unchallenged, let alone refuted.
