  1. They'll be glad to pay for it until their exports are taxed so heavily theres no one left to do business with except Russia, & we have seen what happened to Georgia & Ukraine when Russias "partners" attempt to explore the market place.

All Russia is achieving, is they're equalizing the cost of processing renewable resources & making the cost of producing green hydrogen & upgrading the existing oil n gas infrastructure to accommodate it more favourable vs the increased cost of continuing to use fosil fuels. Ipso facto, the longer Russia attempts to dictate terms to the West & the world at large, the quicker they're impoverishing themselves by making their energy products obsolete.
